We have a big leak under the kitchen sink. We called these guys and he responded within a few minutes and gave me a quote to fix the leak. He came out within 2 hours and did an amazing job. Everything looks great and works perfectly now. He also tested my water pressure and looked at other issues in the house to give me a quote to fix. Very friendly and helpful.

Aiden was amazing. Called him about a broken water heater and he had a quote to me in minutes. He was upfront and honest about everything from the start and was there within the hour. Had a great experience with Aiden, AJ and Neks. They came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had multiple issues with our storm water drain which Aiden explained to me and provided us with the best solution. They took care with to do the job with as little disturbance to the front yard as possible. Really appreciate them going above and beyond.

On the day I called Aiden to discuss a blocked drain, he was responsive, offered to come out that afternoon (we chose the next day as it suited us better) and with a few photos of the site, provided us with a quote. The work was done efficiently and Aiden discussed what he had done and why, and what else might need to be done to prevent further issues. A good experience.

There was water leaking from the wash basin inside the wall , and no one could find the real issue. We were suffering for almost a month. Several plumbers came and wasted time, but the on call emergency plumbers team we called found the root cause and fixed the problem in couple of days. We are really happy and satisfied with their service. Special mention to Aiden, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process.

Freaking out over a leak? Give these guys a bell. Aiden was so kind and reassuring guiding me on foreign equipment (I work in an office on the daily! The service provided by Aiden and his team, from initial phone call, his quotation, to completion of the job, was absolutely First Class!Within days of my request to unblock my "non-urgent" kitchen drain, the works were done.His constant communications and punctuality were outstanding!He not only went through the unblocking process in detail prior, but actually did what he said he would do and more, as he walked me through every step of the process as I watched.He finally verified that the pipes were clear with his camera.I then paid him his quotation amount!No extras/variations due to "complications" were even mentioned, unlike previous bad experiences with other plumbers in unblocking the same drain!I was so happy with his professionalism, his "can do" and jovial attitude and the level of service provided!I now know where to go for a very responsive and reliable plumber!Highly recommended!

Aiden came to do a pipe camera inspection and found the sewer drain to be completely blocked. He was so nice as to flush out the whole drain at the same price he quoted. Aiden is very knowledgable, friendly and professional. I have no doubt recommending him to anyone considering using him to derive their plumbing needs! I certainly will call upon him in future if I ever needed a plumber again.

OnCall Emergency Plumbers Melbourne are fast efficient and went out of their way to help us. Called Aiden to replace our hot water system on Saturday (not an emergency), by Monday we had a new hot water system with no more brown water! Called up On Call Emergency Plumbers and spoke to Aiden. He was so polite, professional, friendly, patience and very helpful. Sent all supporting photos to him regarding blocked toilets and bathroom sinks issue and he arrived at my place very quickly. Checked the issues, used cctv camera to check down the pipe, get rid all the rocks from inside the pipe and voila...he unblocked everything! He did his work thoroughly. Great job! And it is much appreciated. The fee is also reasonable. I strongly recommend Aiden and his company if you have any plumbing issues.

Called to arrange a full inspection of our storm and sewer plumbing to check for any leaks/issues. Aymen was extremely professional. He provided a formal and detailed quote beforehand, booked in my preferred date, and accommodated my preferred time on the day. He kept me posted through the day on his whereabouts, so I knew exactly when he was coming. He was very polite and considerate, letting us know when there would be noise and to close our windows. He conducted the work quickly without making a mess. The place looked like he hadn't even been there afterward. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me and even showed me what he found and saw live on his cameras. He was friendly and jovial, and never made me feel like the job was a burden on his time. Once done, he got me a detailed report and receipt the following day. I've tried a few different plumbers and Aymen was definitely the best. Would call him out again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Aiden is a legend! We had a burst pipe at 9.30pm and Aiden was the only emergency plumber who actually answered his phone! He was so reassuring over the phone, extremely knowledgeable about his trade, and drove out immediately to quickly solve the issue. Aiden also takes heaps of photos/videos to put in his plumbing report, which is super thorough for insurance claims, to pass on to the landlord etc. We are renters so were nervous about costs, but Aiden had all the info on how to go about sorting out payment with the real estate company.Also just a 10/10 bloke. He really boosted the mood (after the stressful incident)!

From the first moment I spoke to Aiden yesterday about my plumbing emergency I felt reassured by his empathy. He arrived promptly and not only diagnosed the problem, but also pointed out some other issues on my roof which showed evidence of very poor building practices.
