Amazing! Needed a copper pipe replaced on our hot water system and chose OnCall for all their great reviews. They were just as advertised! How you were able to detect the problem and to be able to get a leak detector straight away when generally it may take a few days for other plumbers to get access to is a credit to you and your company and to come around the very next day promptly to fix the problem efficiently and being friendly and courteous at the same time - could not ask for more. The most professional, knowledgeable, timely and most lovely plumber. We had an incident with a water pipe. He was out within the hour, told us the cost upfront after looking at photos. What we thought was going to be an issue we would be dealing with well into the night, they had us all sorted within the hour. Could not recommend them more highly, definitely in stark contrast to the experiences we have had with other plumbers, extremely overpriced and don’t fix the issue.

No one wants to call an emergency Plumber. TL;DR- super responsive and thorough. Great to work with.- competitive pricing—As a first time home owner, I was in a bit of a panic when I saw that there was a leak. I called the first emergency plumber I could find (via a magnet on the fridge), but they couldn’t come out until the next day.I then called OnCall Emergency Plumbing, who did just that — they came out to the emergency on a Friday afternoon 😅.Aiden was awesome to work with. He is thorough, patient and transparent in his communication. He explained everything so I could understand and even called Greater Western Water on my behalf when he discovered the leak was on councils side.Re pricing - I can’t comment too much as this was my first plumbing issue, but from what I’ve heard from family and friends, OnCall pricing is very competitive!Thanks again Aiden for all your help!!

Adrian was amazing, coming out on a sunday to check our leaking roof while it was raining. Our property is a 3 storey townhouse, and he came within 1 hour of our call, analysed and fixed the problem. He took photos and videos of the reasons for the leaks and explained these quite clearly to us. We are impressed and extremely grateful for his help.
